Why you cannot get a long score on us...
In the above pictures notice that #6 Beuer is on the ground as the as the back passes him..Great effort though he gets up and chases him down..I appreciate the effort!
This is a perfect example of the stride length X frequency point in my sprinting tutorial. #23 has fast feet (high frequency), but Dylan has longer strides. They have about the same leg quickness, but Dylan is getting more accomplished (more ground covered) with each stride. The end result speaks for itself.
